Wrist extensors

Description

Stand and clasp your hands behind your back. Keeping the palms together, slowly try to turn your palms so they face the floor

Progression

Increase duration, and extend the arms further

Feel sensation

Stretch on the top part of the forarms.

Common mistakes

Moving to fast, not keeping the palms together.
