Cross-Body Triceps Stretch

Triceps Brachii

Description

Reach one arm across your body. Bend the elbow up towards the ceiling. Use your other hand on that elbow to gently pull the arm closer.

Progression

Increase the pull, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle pulling sensation in the triceps.

Common mistakes

Pulling on the forearm, shrugging the shoulder
