Description
Place foam roller under the biceps, and place your body weight on it. Slowly roll the bicep over the foam roller.
Progression
Increase time and pressure, and find and hold on tender spots.
Feel sensation
Pressure and release of the muscle.
Common mistakes
Not using enough pressure, going to fast.
