Wrist Flexors and Extensors
Description
Place your forearm on a foam roller, palm up or palm down. Use your other hand to support your body weight. Slowly roll back and forth along your forearm.
Progression
Increase pressure, focus on tender spots
Feel sensation
Pressure and release in the forearm muscles.
Common mistakes
Rolling too quickly, not applying enough pressure
