Seated biceps stretch

Biceps Brachii, Brachialis

Description

Sit on the floor feet on the ground and knees angeld. Put your hands on the ground behind your back hands facing your feet. Lean backwards into your biceps.

Progression

Lean furhter into the stretch, change the position of your hands on the floor.

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch in your biceps as well as your forearms
