Standing Biceps Stretch (against wall)

Biceps Brachii, Brachialis

Description

Stand facing a wall. Extend one arm straight out to the side, palm on the wall, fingers pointing backward. Rotate your body away from the wall.

Progression

Increase the rotation, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle pulling sensation in the biceps and forearm.

Common mistakes

Bending the elbow, not keeping the arm at shoulder height
