Wrist Extension Stretch for Biceps

Brachioradialis, Biceps (indirectly)

Description

Extend your arm forward, fingers pointing towards the floor. Use your opposite hand to increase the stretch by bending your hand more.

Progression

Hold for a longet time, increase the stretch

Feel sensation

Gentle stretch at the forarm and a litte on the inside biceps.

Common mistakes

Bend the elbow, not focusing on the wrist extention
