Wrist Extensors (Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus, Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis, Extensor Carpi Ulnaris)
Description
Extend one arm forward, palm down. Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers down towards the floor.
Progression
Increase the pull, hold for longer
Feel sensation
Gentle pulling sensation on the outside of the forearm.
Common mistakes
Bending the elbow, not keeping the arm straight
