Wrist Flexor Stretch

Wrist Flexors (Flexor Carpi Ulnaris, Flexor Carpi Radialis, Palmaris Longus)

Description

Extend one arm forward, palm up. Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers down towards the floor.

Progression

Increase the pull, hold for longer

Feel sensation

Gentle pulling sensation on the inside of the forearm.

Common mistakes

Bending the elbow, not keeping the arm straight
